Chennai Real Time Flood Forecasting (RTDAS)

Project Supplier & System Integrator: SSTECH Salem Commercials Pvt Ltd, for WRD, Government of Tamil Nadu — funded by the World Bank through TNUIFSL. End users: Commissionerate of Revenue Administration, TNDRRA and the District Collectors (Disaster Management) of four districts, with WRD. 237 field locations across ~4,800 sq. km: 78 automatic rain gauges, 14 automatic weather stations, 81 radar water-level sensors at 65 sites and 80 shaft-encoder water-level recorders, telemetered to the Hydro Modelling Control Room at Ezhilagam, Chepauk, a Nearline DR Centre (NDRC) at Alandur, and Flood Monitoring Centres at Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur and Ranipet. The IFMC now works under the WRD SCADA Control Room.

Salem Integrated Command & Control Centre

Prime Bidder & Service Provider to Salem Smart City Ltd / Salem City Municipal Corporation (Agreement 08.02.2021). Video wall, monitoring workstations, ICCC software, GIS map engine, citizen grievance system with WhatsApp (5,047 complaints handled 2022-25), variable message boards, smart poles and a mobile command van for door-to-door tax collection. Rated "Very Good and Satisfactory" by NIT Trichy in its 2026 third-party inspection.

Greater Chennai Corporation On-Street Smart Parking

Prime System Integrator in consortium (Toorq Media Services, Skidata India) under a DBFOT concession through Chennai Smart City Ltd — 15 zones, 471 bus-route roads, about 12,000 equivalent car spaces, with AI/ANPR cameras, cashless payment and citizen apps. Footage from an SSTECH-operated camera helped Chennai Police trace an 8-month-old kidnapped baby at Besant Nagar within 5 hours, reported on News18 Tamil Nadu.
